Which brand has the best golf team?

The Euros are over. The English amongst us were left dissapointed, whilst the other nations could all be pretty happy with their showings.

In only a few weeks the Premier League will be starting up and most of us will have a team to support.

And it got us thinking... what if golf had teams, week in and week out?

Well they sort of do if you listen to the equipment brands. Their roster/team/staff compete every week but who has the best team? Who is the most consistent? And who shouts too much and might need to sign some new players?

So we picked the Top Six players from each brand to make a DraftKings team and they will earn points based on their performances. Here are the sides... who do you reckon will win this week at Troon?

TaylorMade

The Real Madrid of the sides. Spent big money on galacticos like Jason Day and Dustin Johnson whilst solid backups in Sergio, Rose, Kaymer and Daniel Berger mean they're probably the team to beat...

Nike

A bit like Portugal with Ronaldo, the Nike golf team look to have the one superstar who carries the team. Rory is joined by Brooks Koepka, Paul Casey, Charl Schwartzel, Francesco Molinari and Thorbjorn Olesen.

Titleist

The Wales of the teams. Two stars in Jordan Spieth and Adam Scott with backup coming from four other players ranked between 31-39.

Callaway

The Bayern Munich of the teams, consistent with no players ranked below 27 which no other team has. You'd fancy this team at Troon!

Ping

May not have spent as much as other teams but some real ball strikers and sweet swings in here. All capable of wins but also capable of chucking in missed cuts too.

Srixon

The Borussia Dortmund hispter side. A mix and match of random players from all over the globe but they can all play... and they might cause an upset.
